ACTA N° 12 : En la ciudad de Resistencia, a los veintisiete días del mes de marzo de mil novecientos setenta y tres, siendo las ocho horas, en el local provisorio sito en López y Planes 129 de esta ciudad, se reúne el Tribunal Electoral de la Provincia con la presencia de sus integrantes, doctora BELKIS R. G. DE CASTAÑO, doctor JOSE A. RIVELLINI, doctor JORGE A. SABATER, doctor ALBERTO O. DOSSO, actuando como secretaria la escribana ANA MARIA MERAVIGLIA, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la Resolución N° 10 del veintiséis de marzo de mil novecientos setenta y tres. Se hallan presentes también, por el Partido UNION CIVICA RADICAL, la doctora María Luisa Lucas, doctor José Wajsfeld, esribano Eutimio Zaragoza y señor Osvaldo Guillermo Gómez. Se procede seguidamente a efectuar los cálculos aritméticos para la adjudicación de cargos a Concejales y Miembros de Comisiones de Fomento, conforme a lo establecido por la Ley Provincial N° 1167 y Decreto Provincial N° 2696/72, a cuyo efecto deberá establecerse en primer término en cada Municipio, las listas que hubieran obtenido el 8% del total de los votos válidos emitidos (Art. 8 inc. k) de la Ley 1167.------ Acto seguido se inician las tareas de adjudicación de cargos de acuerdo al orden establecido en la Ley Convocatoria.MUNICIPIO DE PRESIDENCIA ROQUE SAENZ PEÑA : NUEVE CONCEJALES: De acuerdo al escrutinio definitivo realizado por la Junta Electoral Nacional, del que informan las Actas certificadas remitidas por la misma, han obtenido el 8% (1.566 votos) los siguientes partidos: FRENTE JUSTICIALISTA DE LIBERACION (FREJULI) Y UNION CIVICA RADICAL (U.C.R.), sobre un total de 19.581 votos válidos emitidos. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 10.880 votos; 2°) FREJULI 5.440; 3°) U.C.R. 5.250 votos 4°) FREJULI 3.626 votos; 5°) FREJULI 2.720; 6°) U.C.R. 2.625; 7°) 2.176; 8° FREJULI 1.813; 9°) U.C.R. 1.750. MUNICIPIO DE GENERAL SAN MARTIN : OCHO CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 8.393 votos válido, han obtenido el 8% (671 votos) el FREJULI y la U.C.R. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 4.414 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (671 votos) el FREJULI y la U.C.R. MUNICIPIO DE VILLA ANGELA: OCHO CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 9.994 votos, han obtenido el 8%(799 votos) el FREJULI y la U.C.R. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 6.287 votos; 2°) U.C.R. 3.327; 3°) FREJULI 3.143; 4° FREJULI 2.095; 5°) U.C.R. 1.663; 6° FREJULI 1.571; 7°) FREJULI 1.257; 8° U.C.R.1.109. MUNICIPIO DE CHARATA: SIETE CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 6.479 votos válidos han obtenido el 8% (518 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) U.C.R. 3.108 votos; 2°) FREJULI 2.954; 3°) U.C.R. 1.554; 4) FREJULI 1.477; 5°) U.C.R. 1.036; 6°) FREJULI 984; 7°) U.C.R. 777. En este momento se hace presente el señor Antonio Jesús Ramón Bosch del FREJULI. MUNICIPIO DE CAMPO LARGO: SEIS CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 2.286 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (182 votos) el FREJULI y la U.C.R. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 1.705 votos.2°) FREJULI 852; 3°) FREJULI 568; 4°) U.C.R. 477; 5°) FREJULI 426; 6°) FREJULI 341. MUNICIPIO DE CORZUELA: SEIS CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 2.982 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (238 votos) el FREJULI y la U.C.R. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 2.083 votos; 2°) FREJULI 1.041; 3°) U.C.R. 731; 4°) FREJULI 601; 5°) FREJULI 520; 6°) FREJULI 416. MUNICIPIO DE LA LEONESA: SEIS CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 2.412 votos válidos han obtenido el 8% (198 votos) la U.C.R., el FREJULI y UNION POPULAR. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 1.732 votos; 2°) FREJULI 866; 3°) FREJULI 577; 4°) FREJULI 433; 5°) FREJULI 346; 6°) FREJULI 288. MUNICIPIO DE LAS BREÑAS: SEIS CONCEJALES. SOBRE UN TOTAL de 6.068 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (485 votos) el FREJULI y la U.C.R. MUNICIPIO DE MACHAGAI : SEIS CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 8.144 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (651 votos) el FREJULI y la U.C.R. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 4.398 votos; 2°) U.C.R. 3.270; 3°) FREJULI 2.199; 4°) U.C.R. 1.635; 5°) FREJULI 1.466; 6°)FREJULI 1.099. MUNICIPIO DE PUERTO TIROL: SEIS CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 2.475 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (198 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. MUNICIPIO DE PUERTO VILELAS: SEIS CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 1.474 votos válidos han obtenido el 8% (117 votos) la U.C.R., NUEVA FUERZA CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO, SOCIALISTA y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 574 votos; 2°) NUEVA FUERZA 338; 3°) FREULI 287; 4°) FREJULI 191; 5°) CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO 177; 6°) U.C.R. 170. MUNICIPIO DE PRESIDENCIA DE LA PLAZA: SEIS CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 4.455 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (356 votos) la U.C.R., CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 2.232 votos; 2°)U.C.R. 1.630; 3°) FREJULI 1.116; 4°) U.C.R. 815; 5°) FREJULI 744; 6°) FREJULI 558. MUNICIPIO DE QUITILIPI: SEIS CONCEJALES. Sobre un total de 9.511 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (760 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. MUNICIPIO DE COLONIAS UNIDAS: CINCO MIEMBROS DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 1.232 votos válidos han obtenido el 8% (98 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. MUNICIPIO DE CONCEPCION DEL BERMEJO: CINCO MIEMBROS DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 1.204 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (96 votos), la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 866 votos; 2°) FREJULI 433; 3°) U.C.R. 338; 4°) FREJULI 288 y 5°) FREJULI 217.- MUNICIPIO DE CORONEL DU GRATY. CINCO MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 2.655 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (212votos), la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 1.395; 2°) U.C.R. 1.260; 3°) FREJULI 697; 4°) U.C.R. 630 y 5°) FREJULI 465.- MUNICIPIO DE CHARADAI. TRES MIEMBROS DE COISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 449 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (35 votos), la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente; 1°) FREJULI 293 votos; 2°)U.C.R. 156; 3°)FREJULI 146. MUNICIPIO DE COLONIA BENITEZ. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 945 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (75 votos) la U.C.R., CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 453; 2° U.C.R. 343; y 3°) FREJULI 226. MUNICIPIO DE COLONIA POPULAR. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 199 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (15 votos), la U.C.R., CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO y FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO 76 votos; 2°) FREJULI 66; 3°) U.C.R. 57. MUNICIPIO DE COTE LAI. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 700 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% ( 56 votos), la U.C.R., PARTIDO SOCIALISTA y FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 393 votos; 2°)U.C.R. 225; 3°) FREJULI 196. MUNICIPIO DE ELPINTADO. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 950 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (76votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 622 votos; 2°) U.C.R. 328; 3°) FREJULI 311.MUNICIPIO DE ENRIQUE URIEN. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 801 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (64 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 497 votos; 2°) U.C.R. 271; 3°)FREJULI 248. MUNICIPIO DE GANCEDO. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 842 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (67 votos) el FREJULI y la U.C.R.. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente 1°) FREJULI 516 votos; 2°) U.C.R. 322; 3°) FREJULI 258. MUNICIPIO DE GENERAL CAPDEVILA. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 544 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (43 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Sobre un total de 1.711 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (136 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 1.170 votos; 2°)FREJULI 585; 3°) FREJULI 390. MUNICIPIO DE LA CLOTILDE. TRES MIEMBROS DE LA COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 1.178 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% la U.C.R. y el FREJULI.. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO .Sobre un total de 1.092 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (87 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 777 votos; 2°)FREJULI 388; 3°) U.C.R. 315. MUNICIPIO DE LAGUNA BLANCA. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 330 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (26 votos) la U.C.R., CONSERVADOR DL CHACO y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 167 votos 2°) CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO 111; 3°) FREJULI 83.- MUNICIPIO DE LAGUNA LIMPIA. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 910 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (72 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 602 votos; 2°)FREJULI 301; 3°) U.C.R. 300. MUNICIPIO DE LAPACHITO. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 349 votos válidos han obtenido el 8% (27 votos) la U.C.R., CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO SOCIALISTA y FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°)FREJULI 138 votos; 2°)CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO 113; 3°) FREJULI 69. MUNICIPIO DE LAS GARCITAS. TRES MIEMBROS DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 1.680 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (134 votos) la U.C.R., CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO y FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 762 votos; 2°) CONSERVADOR DEL CHACO 694; 3°) FREJULI 381. MUNICIPIO DE LA TIGRA.TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 912 válidos, han obtenido el 8% (72 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 563 votos; 2°) U.C.R. 341; 3°) FREJULI 281. MUNICIPIO DE LA VERDE. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO.- Sobre un total de 1.210 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (96 votos) la U.C.R., PARTIDO SOCIALISTA y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos, se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1°) FREJULI 589 votos; 2°) FREJULI 294; 3°) SOCIALISTA 230. MUNICIPIO DE NAPENAI. TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO. Sobre un total de 657 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (52 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente:1°) U.C.R. 368 votos; 2°) FREJULI 255; 3°) U.C.R. 184.- MUNICIPIO DE PAMPA DEL INDIO.- TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO.- Sobre un total de 2.653 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (212 votos) la U.C.R., FREJULI y UNION POPULAR. Efectuados los cálculos aritméticos se obtiene el siguiente orden decreciente: 1) UNION POPULAR 1.124 votos; 2) FREJULI 1.050; 3) UNION POPULAR 562.- MUNICIPIO DE TACO POZO.- TRES MIEMBROS DE COMISION DE FOMENTO.- Sobre un total de 1.542 votos válidos, han obtenido el 8% (123 votos) la U.C.R. y el FREJULI.
